Tamara is the Founder and CXO of CORIPHERY, a social-impact consulting company that supports local, national and global Jewish organizations. She advises leaders on program optimization, lasting engagement strategies and designing transformative experiences. Tamara became a specialist in relational engagement, experiential Jewish education, change strategy and human centered design first as an intrapreneur in senior roles of Jewish organizations and more recently as an entrepreneurial consultant. She has been a featured presenter and subject matter expert at over 30 conferences, gatherings and training programs (in-person and online) across 5 continents. Tamara has trained and coached over 2000 leaders, led numerous strategic redesigns and has worked closely with Jewish day and supplemental schools, youth movements, synagogues, summer camps, Hillels, federations and foundations. Tamara has a M.Ed in Adult Education and Community Development from OISE/University of Toronto with a focus on Workplace Learning & Change, a certificate in Experiential Jewish Education from Yeshiva University, professional development certificates in Adaptive Leadership, Storytelling for Change, Social Entrepreneurship, Business Models for Social Enterprise, Professional Virtual Event Planning and was trained in Design Thinking by IDEO staff. Tamara has been working with UpStart since 2015 and lives in Toronto with her husband and two daughters.
